Our customer is an international company dedicated to providing customized global solutions for value exchange transactions. Our customer wanted to demonstrate a KIOSK (which can provide many value exchange services) at NRF (National Retail Foundation) event at New York.

Customer engaged ennovate to develop API for KIOSK. ennovate team took-up the challenge of putting together API for various devices like card reader, cash dispenser, card dispenser, pinpad, USB, etc. which can be integrated with the KIOSK application.

ennovate team delivered a bug free solution to customer for NRF event. This product/solution had improved the readability of the application resulting in the best end user experience.

The Challenge

• Our major challenge was to understand the device protocol, assemble and configure device without adequate documentation

The Solution

• Our team of software and embedded engineers understood the protocol and assembled devices. Team developed JAVA API for devices like card reader, cash dispenser, card dispenser, Pinpad, Serial Port, USB port etc. which can be integrated with the KIOSK application. Team also developed the swing application to demonstrate the Java API developed for device protocol
